Although we do offer pierless methods of foundation repair our service is always given with our customer in mind. We believe in honest and ethical practices and we pride ourselves on work done well, hence the name: Peerless Compaction Grouting, Inc.
Mike Jaques, – Mr. Michael Jaques – over 35 years of experience internationally in all aspects of chemical and pressure grouting. His work included consulting, contracting, equipment and product design, manufacturing and engineering. Mr. Jaques was involved in projects including repairs to dams, tunnels, mines, underground utilities and commercial buildings worldwide. His great uncle was the original inventor and patent holder of the mud jacking technique. His father William (Bill) Jaques operated WG Jaques Company in DM for 40+ years. They performed many type of grouting projects with various materials. Mike was in grouting all his life. He joined URETEK USA in 1999 and coordinated all design and project specification details for the company’s patented Deep Injection Process. In 2006 Mr. Jaques joined URETEK Heartland as a partner to oversee all phases of the deep injection and the underground utility division. Mr. Jaques, a 3rd generation ground modification specialist and was raised in Des Moines, Iowa where he studied Architectural Engineering at Iowa State University.
Mr. Tommy Russum is a former Business Development Manager for the URETEK branch in Florida. He brings with him ample business development and technical experience where he consistently increased value for both URETEK and many satisfied customers for 10 years. Prior to transitioning into a Business Development Associate, Tommy Russum was the Lead Foreman for URETEK Holdings, Inc., where he gained over five years of experience in leading teams to complete chemical grouting projects successfully. These projects include, but are not limited to; Infrastructure Repair, Foundation/Concrete Repair & Lifting, Dam Repair and Water Cut-off for clients in all industries such as Federal, State and Local Government Agencies, Department of Transportation, Department of Defense, Universities and various engineering and contracting firms. Tommy oversaw multiple projects on a day-to-day basis, and is extremely knowledgeable with our materials, applications, and processes. Tommy also took the lead in URETEK training and safety programs, to keep our field personnel performing at the highest level possible for our various clients. Mr. Russum is well versed in all aspects of company processes and products to educate both employees and clients on the uses and benefits of geopolymer treatments and applications. Mr. Russum works tirelessly to satisfy our customers and looks forward to working with new customers in the Heartland region.
