Void filling under concrete slabs.
Filling voids in concrete need not require excavation or replacement. Through the use of chemical grouts void filling can be done with a simple injection process. We specialize in the use of high-strength structural geopolymers to fill voids under slabs and floors thereby densifying and stabilizing loose support material. A small diameter hole is drilled and our durable geopolymers are injected where the material reacts, solidifies, and expands to create support and necessary lift. The process is monitored with laser leveling equipment to ensure necessary but not excessive lift. The finished product is very long lasting and hydro-insensitive providing a much longer lifespan than typical mudjacking.
Structural undersealing / underseal water drainage.
Undersealing concrete slabs can be achieved through the use of our injectable geo-polymers. The material begins as a liquid and travels accordingly. In a fairly short amount of time the liquid material begins to solidify and harden into a full-strength structural material with very high load bearing capacity. We have successfully used this material to inject along drainage pipes and infrastructure as well. The material does not react with water so ground water does not tend to degrade the material. This use is long lasting and typically economical especially when compared with rip and replace options.
