What is compaction grouting?
Compaction grouting involves the injection of a grout material which upon injection compacts, densifies, and displaces loose soil materials. This process can stabilize soils at depth, fill voids, reinforce fine soils, and bring stability to otherwise weak areas in the base material soils. Grout material used may vary slightly but the essence of the process is a redensification of the weaker soil areas.
Compaction grouting services we provide.
We provide compaction grouting services in the Midwest including Iowa and Nebraska. We utilize an expanding structural grade geopolymer grout material. The polymer grout is injected through a patented process to target the weak soils. The polymer reacts producing CO2 and expands as a result of the chemical reaction. The process is incredibly powerful and can produce sufficient expansive force to raise compromised building foundations and concrete not to mention stabilize and densify loose uncompacted soils.
